Website use
By using this website, you agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or interfere with its operation.
Questions and booking a call
Watching the breakdown, booking a call or sending us a question does not start a paid plan. Your plan starts when we both agree the scope, price and start date, and we confirm them in writing.
The plan and the price
The Growvio plan is £197 a month with no setup fee. It covers a done-for-you website, missed-call text-back, instant text-back and follow-up for enquiries, Google review requests, and an app that keeps your enquiries, calls and customer texts in one place. It also covers hosting and support for what we build.
No contract and cancelling
There is no contract. You can cancel at any time.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with what we have built in the first 30 days, tell us and we will give you a full refund, no questions asked.
Taking your website with you
We build, host and look after your website as part of your plan. If you leave and want to keep the website, there is a one-off transfer fee. The amount is confirmed with you on your call.
The transfer fee does not make this a contract. You are free to leave at any time.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, service details, access credentials where needed, branding or media they want used, and timely feedback during the build process.
Payments
Monthly fees are charged as agreed when you sign up. The 30-day money-back guarantee above applies.
Service claims
Growvio Systems provides websites, text-back, follow-up, review requests and an enquiry app. We cannot promise a number of enquiries or jobs. Results depend on many factors including market demand, offer, pricing, response quality, and your own sales process.
Third-party services
Some services rely on hosting, domains, SMS providers, analytics, Google services, or other third-party platforms. Their availability, pricing, terms, and performance are outside our full control.
